Best For: Desserts
Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

    • 1 bag mini pretzels
    • 1½ cups white chocolate chips
    • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
    • 1 small red apple, diced into ½-in. pieces (we recommend Empire or Macoun)
    • 1 small yellow or green apple, diced into ½-in. pieces (we recommend Ginger Gold or Golden Delicious)
    • ¼ cup powdered sugar

    Directions

      1. Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave on short, 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until just melted. Try not to overheat as the chocolate can burn easily. Set both chocolates aside.
      2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange one layer of 7 pretzels in a circle, slightly spaced out, and then top with a second layer of 6 pretzels, snugly touching each other. Make sure that all of the pretzels are facing the same direction. This creates your first wreath.
      3. Drizzle each wreath with a good amount of white chocolate, making sure that it drips down to the bottom layer of pretzels. Next, drizzle the dark chocolate on top of the white chocolate. Add your apples, skin side up for maximum color.
      4. Refrigerate wreaths until set, about 5 minutes. Once set, dust the wreaths with the powdered sugar. Serve on your holiday table and enjoy!
